An Uncertain Future.

Today marks the scary and very real prospect of uncertainty in my Country. For today at 6am GMT the vote of the electorate was set in stone for Great Britain to leave the European Union. A vote in itself that had more people discussing politics than I have personally every seen before.

However, this vote comes with consequence. As Scotland and Northern Ireland voted to stay a member of the union England and Wales voted the opposite way. The aftermath could be catastrophic to the Great Britain we know.

With Scotland already lobbying for a new Indy Ref as it is more affectionately known, how can such a divided collection of countries now work together for a brighter future for the general public that are equally as divided in the vote.

Households have argued, work places have threatened job loss if you vote in our out and beyond that a threat of more spending cuts and a further recession has put the UK as we know it at breaking point.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion but today I sit uneasy, unsure and unable to know the way the country will now run with no clear and hard fast evidence of what is going to happen next for us. With a young family to support from a personal stand point I am struggling to see the plus points.

However I am also happy and open to admitting that I am proud of the people that for the right reason found the bravery and courage to vote to leave the EU, as frankly with no real evidence of what happens next it takes a large amount of courage.

We now start the wait, the long wait of an uncertain future to see if the 51.9% of people that wanted to go it alone, the brave majority that felt change was for the better were right to do just that.
